n領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理2-3個(gè)研發(fā)小組應(yīng)用制劑新技術(shù)（緩控釋或微粒載藥或難溶藥物增溶等）進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)包括立項(xiàng),配方工藝研發(fā)、放大、注冊(cè)及產(chǎn)業(yè)化 lead and manage 2-3 groups of scientists to apply advanced/novel technologies including solid oral modified release or micro/nano particle based drug delivery systems or solubility/bioavailability enhancement technologies for product development. The process will involve new product development proposal, formula and process development/optimization, scale-up, product registration and commercial manufacture.
